But as a parent of two kinder garden kids, I accepted a job for a year as a singing teacher. It was challenging. I find it is easier to teach your own children than a class of ten. It was a slow start as I had to explain the song as I went along in very simple words. Since the children had just come out of their homes they had a so called starting trouble to pick up words. But, it is amazing to see how by the end of three months how they were able to pick up. At first they took at least five to six classes to learn one song but then just two to three were sufficient. The greatest pleasure I got was to see them perform their Christmas pageant and sing the carols. The show got a big applause and everyone had a big smile on their face after listening and seeing the tiny tots perform.
