I Love Saving Money
I also love the challenge of saving money and looking for bargains (hence I am turking). I often view these events as “games” and enjoy them. I find that if I am well rested and have been eating well, my day seems to be much more rewarding and I am better able to actually “listen” to people and “be in the moment”, rather than being preoccupied. I also try not to get involved with spiraling “negative thinking” and try to stop it when I realize negative thoughts are spiraling out of control. I learned a long time ago to not talk badly about other people. Not only do I feel bad immediately after, but it does no good for the person being talked about either. When a low mood strikes, I recognize it, but realize it does have an end, just like any other emotion. In other words, I don’t “feed the wolf”. I think I have found the secret for a happy peaceful life, and do enjoy my days to the max.
