Last weekend I went to visit my parents for my mom’s birthday. Every year around this time, I have to buy lots and lots of presents for my parents, and frankly it can get pretty exhausting! First there’s Mother’s Day, then Father’s Day, then my father’s birthday, then my mother’s birthday. I love my folks and I know it’s kind of petty and silly to complain, but sometimes it really does feel like I spend my whole summer driving around trying to find presents for them. It doesn’t help that my dad is impossible to shop for. I’ll ask him for a list of what he wants, and it’ll say stuff like, “black socks.” The birthday itself went pretty well… Although it was pretty hot, and the candles on my mom’s cake melted all over the place before she could blow them out!
Dog collars come in many shapes, sizes and colors. Each tends to depict the owners, as well as the dogs personality. The history of dog collars dates back to ancient Egypt. While it is well known Egyptians maintained felines as pets their canine counterparts are more widely depicted as hunters, protectors, and various gods and symbols. During this time frame, dog collars were widely utilized in training and were often decorated with various symbols and verbiage. Many farm dog collars were embedded with nails and studs as protection from potential wolf attacks while protecting a flock. Padlock dog collars became popular during the renaissance age as this was often used to signal ownership since there was only one key. Today, dog collars continue to be used for a multitude of purposes such as control and identification. However, as our pets become more pampered, designer dog collars become more decorative. Everything from diamonds, silver, baubles, flamboyant colors and materials are available on today’s market.
This is about my son Sairam he is 7 years old .He is studying in first standard, to describe him would he is taller for his age a bit mischievous i.e. is common for all kids of his age at the same time he is pampered by his mother . I am practical by nature and I try to cross bridges when I reach .He likes to watch pogo, Disney, cartoon network, I am and my son always have a fight for television, I like to watch natgeo, discovery which he would not like. My wife is judge she obviously takes side with him .He has a strong memory does not forget what I told him yesterday I cannot shake him of easily ,he likes build up toys and always makes something out of it. It amazes me I had no patience to sit at home and build I am basically an outdoor person. He is basically fickle minded as boys of his age are one day he would say he wants to become astronaut the next moment he would say he wants to become engine driver i.e. because of the serial “Thomas the engine”. As a parent I only wish he has the best of what ever he desires and I should be able to provide him.

You’re stranded. Far away from your family, job, and everything in your life. Every day is a struggle to survive. Whether you’re looking for food, hiding from polar bears, or traveling through time there is always something strange going on at their new home. This is the whole concept behind the show “Lost.” Wonderfully written and acted, the viewers never know what to expect during their next trip to the mysterious island. Throughout the past seasons, “Lost” has faced various changes which keep viewers guessing what format the show will take in the next season. There have been flash-backs, flash-forwards, and time travel. In addition to the non-linear format of the show, various characters weave in and out of the show. Viewers are not forced to continue seeing the same story arcs with the same few characters, rather new stories are intertwined with old. The series began with a plan crash, causing survivors of the Oceanic flight to be stranded on an island. Since that first episode, viewers have been guessing what the final outcome of the show will be. For this reason, viewers have remained entertained and interested throughout the entirety of its airing, causing it to be one of the best shows on Television.
Today when I woke, I walked into my closet to try and determine what to wear. It was a typical summer day, which meant the humidity was high. I opened a window and felt how muggy it was and decided I was not going to dress up as usual for work. I opted for cream colored Capri’s. They are clingy, but comfortable and very cool. I dressed it up with a sleeveless top in a dark chocolate brown shade. I took a jacket off the hanger in dark turquoise color which I could easily remove later. I wore my high bronze platform shoes that are really quite comfortable. I sprayed my legs with a bronzer which makes me look I’m wearing hose. I completed the outfit with some pretty earrings in a silver tone, along with a silver bangle bracelet. I also opted for my cream colored shoulder bag, which is just big enough to carry my essentials and walked out the door.

In my spare time, I have quite a few things I like to do. I normally lift weights for fun. I find that it is an excellent time waster, and it’s good for my health. Another hobby of mine is collecting buttons. I have a container that holds all of my buttons, separated by color and size. My favorite hobby though, is leaf pressing. I have over 100 different types of leaves I have pressed. I keep them all in a special scrapbook that has information on each leaf. I’m always on the lookout for special leaves. It’s so much fun because everywhere I go I’m always alert, looking for that beautiful leaf that I don’t have in my collection. When I can’t do my other hobbies though, I resort to crosswords. Crosswords keep my mind sharp, while keeping me entertained. There are so many different ones that I never get bored with them. Everywhere I go I have my crossword book and a pencil.
Last night I had a pork chop for dinner. We had grilled it last week with some flavored rub, and I was worried that it would go bad. I had a terrible time figuring out what to make with the pork chop that would be healthy and quick, as I had gotten home late and was tired. I decided upon a frozen package of vegetables called Healthy Vision; it contained zucchini, green beans, and carrots. It was easy to microwave, tasty, and only 45 calories per serving. My next decision was what else to make as a side. I settled upon a serving of Goldfish crackers, as they were cheddar flavored and I had been craving cheese. My dinner was a little unusual, but it worked, and I was happy with it. It was easy to heat up and easy to eat, and it was fairly low in calories.
For my last vacation, some friends and I decided that it would be fun to drive about 8 hours down the coast and camp on the Delaware Seashore. We booked a campsite, packed a tent and some sleeping bags, and headed down the thruway. Things were going great until six hours into the trip when we hit backed up traffic. The last what should have been 2 hours of the trip took five and a half hours! When we finally arrived at the campground, we were informed that there were no campfires allowed. We were disappointed, but were still excited to be at the ocean. After hitting the waves for a few hours, we started to feel refreshed after all the driving. Things were looking up. Unfortunately, when we undid the tent bag, things went all wrong again. In the tent bag, we found not a tent, but a simple tarp. My friend’s dad had moved the tent and replaced it with the tarp. We spent the next three nights sleeping in the open air on a tarp because we could not afford the expensive hotels in the area. Thankfully, it did not rain.

At the very first I would like to say that I am working as a pharmacist in a medical shop near by my home. Twenty years has passed away after I started my work as a pharmacist. Am very happy in working as a pharmacist why because this profession gives me a chance to help the public and also this profession provides me the sufficient money to live with my small family happily. The patients who visit our shop every day have a lot of doubts about their diseases and they maybe confused about the ability of the doctor. Certain people may not have sufficient money in their purse to purchase the prescribed medicine. After clearing and providing them the exact medicine and the situation demanding helps for them I would get a satisfaction and also profit by selling medicine. This helps me to live happily. It is a fact that no one can be rich very much by this profession, but any one can live happily those who have a mind to help others. So this has become my favorite job.
This year, it seems to me, all the stores are behind schedule. It’s already the end of September, and yet I just noticed the Halloween candy on the shelves. I’m sure it has something to do with global warming. Usually, I don’t do the trick-or-treat thing. I am, more often than not, invited to one lame Halloween party or another. But is there really such a thing as a “cool” Halloween party once you’ve graduated college? Really??? By lame, I mean that these parties are thrown by the same people who buy small Halloween costumes for dogs. Don’t get me wrong now. Even my best friend buys a costume for her dog – heck, he has a whole wardrobe; but she usually does NOT buy a coordinated one for herself. I think it’s bad enough when couple dress alike; it’s multiplied by 100 when it’s pets and their owners. I personally feel that the ONLY time a dog or cat, for that matter, should be a part of a Halloween duo is if he’s supposed to be Toto or some other famous dog/animal. Otherwise, let’s leave dogs the way nature intended, with a nice, sometimes smelly fur coat.
